"Before I found Endo Express™, I was using a Dictaphone for dictation, and waiting for medical reports to be delivered via e-mail. After I would receive my transcribed medical reports, I would get busy correcting the mistakes the typist had made during transcribing. My cost per page of transcription was $3, not including my editing and dictation time. Endo Express™ has resolved all of my dictation, imaging, and reporting needs and helped me to run my practice smoothly and efficiently. Two thumbs up for Endo Express™!"
- Dr. Sam Moskowitz, Brook Plaza Surgicenter
Customization Support

Cyber Records provides report templates that include headings, standard response options, and embedded formatting to help facilitate clinician dictation functions. Caregivers can further customize these templates to most-accurately reflect their preferred approaches to clinical documentation.

Cyber Records' also develops customized controlled medical vocabularies for medical specialties, such as with its EMRLD™ product. Cyber Records begins with the Dragon vocabulary and language files, and then generates a specialized medical vocabulary from a year's worth of medical dictation in practice. The Dragon vocabulary is then enhanced, along with the language files. Cyber Records has the capability to do this for any medical specialty.

In addition, Cyber Records creates custom commands to maneuver our specialty-focused programs by voice, and to automate the tasks involved with, say, the creation of an endoscopy report. For example, one command will insert a prescribed drug into the report text in the Medications section and in the Recommendations section, and into the patient instruction sheet, and into the database for later reporting, analysis, transmission to the pharmacy, and refilling - with one click. The goal of this design is to give the physician a workflow that requires ridiculously simple input - and with complex code underneath, transforms this input into relational data for powerful output.
