  1. I have a small office setup. Is this program too much for my needs?
    Medichart Express™ is completely flexible. For the physician in private practice it can be scaled to the single user on installation.

  2. I have several satellite offices and setup for endoscopy in each of those sites. How do I coordinate all the records?
    Endo Express™ is built on a modular platform. Either the entire program or just the scheduling section can be installed in each site. You can export your scheduling and patient information from one site and import them into your receiving site via modem, cable, or any transportable media such as a disk or CD-ROM.

  3. What if I belong to a multi-physician group? Can we all use the program simultaneously?
    The Enterprise edition of Medichart Express™ is designed with powerful networking features. In a networked environment, the program can accept an unlimited amount of physician users on multiple workstations. Each user's input and associated files (voice, scheduling, patient records) is tracked and coordinated.

  4. What about security and patient confidentiality?
    Each patient record is time and date stamped by the physician user. Patient records are restricted to the physician who created them, and the program assigns different levels of access dependent on the level of security of the user. Along with compliance to HIPAA regulations, the program also provides encryption of the patient data.

  5. Why should I buy your product instead of a voice recognition program?
    Both Medichart Express™ and Endo Express™ are available with a variety of options that deliver a customized product for your specialty. Unlike standard voice recognition programs,  Cyber Records has created specialized voice commands, vocabulary and scripts to take full advantage of endoscopy reporting. The program integrates all aspects of procedure reporting.
