Dr. Henry Klotz, Vice President and Founder
Dr. Henry Klotz has been a doubly boarded, practicing gastroenterologist in Brooklyn,
New York since 1985. His experience is broad and ranges from serving as a hospital attending
to participating in a solo practice and ambulatory clinics. He holds admitting privileges
at five (5) different hospitals in Brooklyn and has a wide network of physician acquaintances.
He began and served as President of Atlas IPA, and played a major role in negotiating hospital
and insurance contracts for the group. Dr. Klotz is the original developer of
Medichart Express™ in its first version iteration in DOS in 1996.
Dr. Nancy Klotz, CEO
Dr. Nancy Klotz has served as a key medical leader and CEO of Cyber
Records since its inception. She began her career as a board
certified, practicing internist for 10 years followed by 7 years as
Medical Director at Oxford Health Plans and then Senior Medical
Director at Fidelis Care NY. In her medical leadership roles she
developed, managed and introduced innovation into quality management
initiatives, UM and case management programs, and helped create
tangible, user friendly analytical tools that were employed to
effect positive change in healthcare delivery. As a thought leader
and software “guru”, Dr. Klotz is eminently knowledgeable about
every aspect of payer and provider needs and solutions and has been
the artistic, technical and medical inspiration for Cyber Records’
programs.Along with serving as a medical profession expert
advisory to the executive team, Dr. Klotz currently oversees product
management and testing, directs business development initiatives,
drives the corporate vision and formulates strategies to achieve
this vision, and evangelizes the corporate message.
