"Before I found Endo Express™, I was using a Dictaphone for dictation, and waiting for medical reports
to be delivered via e-mail. After I would receive my transcribed medical reports, I would get busy
correcting the mistakes the typist had made during transcribing.
My cost per page of transcription was $3, not including my editing and dictation time. Endo Express™ has
resolved all of my dictation, imaging, and reporting needs and helped me to run my practice smoothly
and efficiently. Two thumbs up for Endo Express™!"

EMRLD™ Frequently Asked Questions
-
I have a small office setup. Is this program too much for my needs?
EMRLD™ is completely flexible. For the physician in private practice it can be scaled
to the single user on installation.
-
I have several satellite offices and setup for
ambulatory surgery in some of those sites.
How do I coordinate all the records?
EMRLD™ is built on a modular web-based platform. Either the entire program or
just the scheduling section can be installed in each site.
As it is web based, each site is integrated with the next,
and you can optionally turn on the features you prefer at
each site.
-
What if I belong to a multi-physician group?
Can we all use the program simultaneously?
EMRLD™ is web-based and therefore is accessible from
any device, including PDAs such as a smartphone. The data is
stored in two server locations and is designed for security
and redundancy. If required, an additional mirrored server
can be placed at your site to serve as a backup or switch
should your internet service be interrupted.
-
What about security and patient confidentiality?
Each patient record is time and date stamped by the physician user.
Patient records are restricted to the physician who created them,
and the program assigns different levels of access dependent on the level
of security of the user. Along with compliance to HIPAA regulations,
the program also provides encryption of the patient data.
-
Why should I buy your product instead of a voice
recognition program?
EMRLD™ is available with a
variety of options that deliver a customized product for
your specialty. Unlike standard voice recognition programs,
Cyber Records has created specialized voice commands, vocabulary and
scripts to take full advantage of clinical reporting. The
purpose of an EMR is not just to replace paper charts with
an electronic one. Rather, an EMR should add functionality
and allow you to manage your patients and practice to
optimize both clinical and financial goals. Our products are
feature rich software suites that are focused on ease of
data entry and thus optimum health care provider acceptance,
while maintaining robust data capture and reporting. In
addition to the heavy incorporation of advanced voice
recognition technology and one-step templates, medical
documentation is physician centric with specialty /
department specific tools, patient and resource scheduling,
disease/quality management and preventive care tools,
evidence based guidelines, pharmacy and lab order entry
systems, imaging and document management, medical device
interfaces, as well as automated EM coding, billing and
outcomes analysis tools. The software meets industry
standards for security, HIPPA compliance, and enterprise
wide deployment. The products can be run on a variety of
platforms and mobile devices, and can connect to both legacy
and HL7 capable systems to fill a central niche in a
healthcare system.
